Ordered parts are fully guaranteed if fitted to the motorcycle by an Authorised Harley-Davidson® dealer such as West Coast Harley-Davidson®.
We warrant each new Genuine Harley-Davidson® replacement part purchased from us to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. After components have been retailed, they carry a 24-month limited warranty from the retail date. The part only has the remaining warranty from the day of purchase.
Replacement motorcycle batteries that are sold to a customer will be free from defects in factory material and workmanship under normal use and service for a 24-month period from the date of purchase. A defective battery will be replaced with an equivalent battery. This Warranty is voided by lack of proper maintenance, neglect, or abuse, including:

Once your parts are received at the dealership, they will be shipped within 48 hours. Please note that all parts are subject to part availability from the Harley-Davidson® Motor Company, and may take longer than expected to reach our dealership. West Coast Harley-Davidson® operates a free return policy however, if the parts have been removed and inappropriately fitted to your motorcycle or have been damaged, this will affect your return.
