We are looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our award-winning Harley-Davidson Dealership in Hillington, Glasgow. The ideal candidate for the Sales Administrator role is extremely organised, detail oriented and highly skilled in administration. The candidate must be computer literate, be comfortable dealing with the public as their role will be based on the showroom floor and have exceptional customer service. We're looking for a professional who is ready to grab the role by the handlebars and join our fast-paced sales department.
This job is full on Tuesday-Saturday 5 days a week and not for the faint-hearted but it's all worth it!
Responsibilities for the role of Motorcycle Sales Administrator:
- Completing all invoicing, warranty and additional insurance registrations
- Quoting finance to customer and proposing finance applications
- Working with multiple finance houses to find the best fit for our customers
- Develop and maintain the highest FCA standards in the sales team
- Making sure customer hand over and finance paperwork is accurate and completed in full
- Maintaining a professional telephone manner and exceptional customer service
- Making sure all paperwork is processed quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a busy team is crucial
- Liaising with sales advisors and customers face-to face, over the telephone and via email
- Maintain and update financial/sales/daily operating control reporting
- Handling payments for our sales team
- Perform end of day banking/reconciliation duties
- Complying with company legislation at all times
- General administrative duties as required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous experience required:
- 2 + years of administration experience (essential)
- 1 + years of automotive administration experience (essential)
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in excel (essential)
- High levels of organisation and accuracy (essential)
