Screamin' Eagle® Performance Stage Kits will take your Harley-Davidson's performance to the next level with increased acceleration and improved overtaking power, and an addictive exhaust note that's deeper than ever before. They are specifically engineered to generate torque and horsepower gains, and improve each mile of your ride.
There are four stages of Screamin’ Eagle® performance available, and we're here to help you make the decision that best fits your needs.
Stage I
Move More Air & Fuel
Moving more air through your engine = more horsepower and torque. A Stage I upgrade includes high-flow air cleaners, exhaust mufflers and the proper electronic control module (ECM) tuning. This is the foundation for future stages.
Stage II
Personalised Power
This is how you can make your engine, your engine. By updating the cam and valve train, you control the timing of all major engine events. Choose between the torque kit or power kit to get the desired performance you seek.
Stage III
Pump Up the Volume
There’s no replacement for displacement, and that means more cubic inches. The Stage III upgrade adds size to your engine and increases compression for a bigger bang. Special tools and ECM tuning are required.
Stage IV
Top It Off
Now that you’ve got the volume, use it the right way. By adding high-flowing ported and matched upper-end components to the bigger engine you can make sure you’re moving as much air and fuel as possible. Special tools and ECM tuning are required.
Screamin’ Eagle® Crate Engine
EXCLUSIVE FOR SELECTED TOURING MODELS
Developed by the Screamin’ Eagle® performance team and factory-assembled at Harley-Davidson Powertrain Operations to ensure the highest quality standards, the Screamin’ Eagle® (131/135) Crate Engine is a bolt-in replacement engine designed to run at high RPM and to provide a significant boost of torque from cruising speed.
Screamin' Eagle® 131 Engine
Produces 135 ft-lb of torque and 124 horsepower
- The Screamin’ Eagle® 131 engine combines the 4.5-inch stroke of the Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine with new 4.31-inch bore cylinders with a patent-protected design.
- Milwaukee-Eight Extreme Ported four-valve cylinder heads are CNC-ported and fitted with valves 1mm larger in diameter than the previous generation to enhance air/fuel flow and velocity and feature fully machined combustion chambers shaped to optimize combustion efficiency.
- The engine is completed with a high-lift SE8-517 camshaft and high-performance cam bearing, high-compression (10.7:1) forged pistons, a 64mm throttle body and intake manifold, and high-flow (5.5-grams per second) fuel injectors.
