Mr John Weir, who has been with the company since 2015 is to be appointed AfterSales Director and Mr Derek Muir who joined in 2021 to head up our sales operation has been appointed Sales Director.
West Coast’s Managing Director, Mr David Hackshall said “I’m delighted for both John and Derek who have been instrumental in our continued growth, helping us to win the prestigious Harley-Davidson Dealer of the Year award for the 3rd year in a row, they’re taking up their positions on the Board with immediate effect.”
Last year, the West Coast group opened their first Triumph dealership in Hillington Park, Glasgow and in doing so invested in 15 new jobs in the area. The two new board members will oversee not only the Harley-Davidson operation but also West Coast Triumph Glasgow, which has already exceeded its first year’s target objectives.
