Terms & Conditions

• For identification purposes, a passport and proof of address will be required (e.g. a utility bill)   
• Hirers must be over 30 years of age and hold a full motorcycle license for a minimum of 12 months.
• Pillions must arrange their own insurance (travel or otherwise) to cover them for the period of the hire, failure to do so invalidates the rental insurance.
• Clothing can be made available and includes rain suit and helmet at no extra cost.   
• Collection and return of the Motorcycle are Monday to Saturday between the hours 09.00hrs – 17.00hrs. (Afterhours Collection and Return is available upon request - Please speake to the Rentals Manager)
• Day hires require to be returned by 9 am the following day or will incur an extra day charge.   
• Extra days are charged at the daily rate      
• A deposit of £500 is required at the time of collection this can be paid by credit card or cash*   
• The deposit may be used against any additional charges such as re-fuelling costs, damage to a motorcycle up to the excess amount, damage or loss of items of clothing or gear   
• Insurance is fully comprehensive and for the rider only.     
• There is an excess of £2000 that the hirer is responsible for in the event of damage to the Motorcycle or in the event of the theft of the Motorcycle whilst in the care of the hirer.   
• On return the fuel tank should be full, otherwise, a charge to fill of £15.00 plus the cost of the fuel will be charged.   
• Excess mileage is charged at £0.50 per mile over the 250 miles per day limit.

In the event of cancellation:

• More than 4 weeks prior to the travel date no charge
• 4 weeks – 3 weeks prior to the travel date 25% cancellation charge   
• 3 weeks – 2 weeks prior to the travel date 50% cancellation charge   
• 2 weeks – 1 week prior to the travel date 75% cancellation charge   
• 1 week or less prior to the travel date 100% cancellation charge
