WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

 

Following the Scottish Government guidance, our dealership will be physically closed to the public from 5pm Friday, November 20th.

 

We are available if you contact us by email although the dealership is not open to the public. We are still able to sell bikes, parts, accessories, general merchandise and continue to carry out servicing. Please read on for more information.

 

KEY INFORMATION
 

When will the dealership reopen? – West Coast will reopen December 11th however, this is subject to change following government guidance. Stay in touch with us via our website and social media channels.

Are you contactable by telephone? – We are operating an email only system. Details can be found below.

BIKE SALES


Are you still accepting motorcycle enquiries? – Yes, please contact sales@westcoastharley.com for all motorcycle enquiries.
 
Can I make an appointment to inspect a bike? – Yes you can, request a callback or make a general enquiry on the bike you are interested in and we will reach out to you.
 
What if I’m too far away from the dealership? – We can send you a personal video and can arrange delivery direct to your home and if you have a part exchange, we can handle that easily too.
 
I’d like to sell my motorcycle with you. How do I do this? – Contact sales@westcoastharley.com with details of your motorcycle (including pictures) and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

SERVICING, PARTS & ACCESSORIES


I booked a service/MOT, what will happen next? – Our Aftersales Team will contact you directly to confirm the booking or to help you reschedule if necessary.  
 
Can I still order motorcycle parts and accessories? – email parts@westcoastharley.com with details of the part, including your name and contact telephone number and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
 
I’m waiting for a part. When will I know that is has arrived? – Our dealership will continue to receive ordered parts. We will text your phone number to let you know when your part has arrived.
 
Are you still offering a collection and delivery service? – Collection & delivery is still available. Email service@westcoastharley.com and a member of staff will follow this up with a phone call to arrange a safe date for your appointment.
 
Who do I contact if I need an emergency repair? – Contact service@westcoastharley.com and we will assist as soon as possible.

CLOTHING & GENERAL MERCHANDISE


Can I still order from your clothing department? – Absolutely. You can continue to shop at westcoastharleyshop.com with confidence.
 
Can I click and collect clothing and general merchandise?  Yes you can! Please select ‘Click and Collect’ at the checkout stage of the store and we will contact you directly to arrange collection.
 
When will my clothing order be processed and sent? – Following the placement of your order, it will be handled and sent within 3 working days.
 
What’s the final day of postage before Christmas? – The last day for general postal orders will be December 18th. For courier items we recommend ordering before December 22nd.
