Lorna joined us in 2011 where she took up a role in sales admin
- in fact she did such a good job that we offered her a new
role in 2012 of Sales and Finance Advisor. You'll find Lorna on the
main sales floor talking to customers about the various services we
offer and what you're entitled to when you buy a bike from us or
take out a service contract with us - she is our FSA
queen! She's a wizard at getting things done and has
been a great help in making sure that all that fiddly
stuff is done properly. She's a real hands on type and
certainly not afraid to get 'stuck-in' which is what we most
definitely need!
