So where do we start? - well it's sort of like this, Caroline
makes sure that whatever we've messed up gets sorted and tries to
stop whatever we're about to mess up - if possible! Well actually
we're not always that bad but Caroline is there to make sure we do
it correctly and right first time as often as possible. Her role
covers a wide variety from admin to systems management and not only
that but very often you'll see her helping out whenever we need
some 'hands on the pump' upstairs. She and Maureen are always hard
at work and never seem to stop - you know we really appreciate you
girls!
